With over 30 years of experience designing, producing, and scaling fashion brands across Australia and globally, Tania has helped businesses grow from $1.5M to $20M+ in annual revenue.
Her work has been recognised at Australia’s leading fashion events, including the Melbourne Cup Carnival, with designs featured in the VRC Australian Racing Museum.
Through Dzyna, she has helped brands move from concept to production — guiding every stage from development through to manufacturing and delivery.
She also operates two in-house labels — dref (high-end ready-to-wear) and Urban Tech (technical streetwear) — giving her ongoing, real-world involvement in production at every level.
This is hands-on experience, applied directly to your brand.
